  • You can apply for a loan if you meet the basic requirements below:
    • Be at least the age of majority in your state (typically 18 years old) and able to enter into a binding contract.
    • Be employed by an eligible employer with at least 6 months of verifiable employment history.
    • Reside in a state where Salarly offers credit products.
    • Have an active U.S. bank account.
    • Have a social security number.
    • Not be in an active bankruptcy.
    • Must not be active-duty military or dependent of.
  • Other credit criteria may apply. Eligible applicants are assessed on the strength of their application and loan approval is not guaranteed.
  • Applicants will be asked to share employment, income, financial obligations, credit history, and bank account details. This information is used to assess eligibility and to ensure loan affordability.
  • Applicants will connect to their employer’s payroll provider and bank account to verify their information during the application process.
  • To help the government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities, we obtain, verify, and record information that identifies each person who opens an account. What this means for you: When you open an account, we will ask for your name, address, date of birth, social security number, and other information that will allow us to identify you. We may also ask to see your government-issued ID.
  • Offer amounts range from $2,000 to $5,000. The amount you can borrow is determined by several factors, including your income and employment status. Offers may also differ due to state regulations.
  • Salarly offers a fast and convenient online application and approval process that results in most applications decisioned within minutes. Some applications are subject to manual review which may delay processing time.
  • Yes, our loan programs require you to link to a bank account where you receive your paycheck.
  • Loan proceeds will be deposited to your bank account on file via ACH.
  • Once approved, your funds will be delivered to your bank account in 1-2 business days. The funding timeframe may depend upon your bank's policies.
  • Yes, we run a credit check when you apply for a loan to see if you are eligible and creditworthy. If you decide to continue with your application and obtain a loan, it may have an impact on your credit score.
  • There is no minimum credit score requirement.
  • If the information we collected from you, along with other information we look at, tells us that you don’t meet our lending criteria, we won’t be able to give you a loan at this time. Please review the application's basic eligibility requirements to ensure you met all criteria before reapplying.
  • We allow only one loan outstanding at a time; however, we do offer a refinancing program allowing you to apply for additional funds once certain eligibility criteria is met.
  • Refinancing allows you to apply for additional funds once certain eligibility criteria is met.
  • The new loan amount will pay off your current balance at the time of approval, and you will be funded the difference to your bank account on file.
  • Eligibility to reapply for additional funds is subject to certain repayment criteria that must be met, such as consecutive number of payroll deductions. Additional payments will not count towards refinancing eligibility.
  • Applying for additional funds will not affect your credit score with the major credit bureaus. If you decide to continue with your application and obtain a new loan, it may have an impact on your credit score.
  • The annual percentage rate (APR) charged by Salary typically ranges from 24% to 30%, which includes interest and a one-time origination fee charged up to $25. In certain states, APRs may differ from the typical range due to state regulations. All loan costs and the APR are disclosed to borrowers in our installment loan agreement prior to the loan being signed by you.
  • There may be a one-time origination fee of up to $25 for approved loans dependent on states and additional credit checks for certain borrowers.
  • If you do miss a payment, we will apply a late payment fee to your account.
  • There is no prepayment penalty if you pay your loan early.
  • Payments are made directly from your paycheck via a direct deposit, ensuring timely and hassle-free repayment.
  • Yes, a payroll direct deposit is required for loan approval.
  • Yes, you may cancel the payroll direct deposit repayment anytime through your payroll provider. Alternative payment methods would need to be set up to ensure you do not default on your repayment schedule which could result in negatively impacting your credit score.
  • You may log in to your account on salarly.com at any time to access your payments dashboard.
  • Yes, there is no prepayment penalty if you pay your loan early. You can find your pay-off amount by logging in to your account. Please note that it generally takes 2 business days to process your payment and debit your bank account.
  • Yes, additional payments may be made anytime online, free of charge.
  • If you do miss a payment, we will apply a late payment fee to your account.
  • If you will not be receiving a paycheck due to leave without pay, you may set up an alternative repayment method by logging into your account and setting up recurring ACH payments to match your repayment schedule.
  • If you leave your employer for any reason, you may set up an alternative repayment method by logging into your account and setting up recurring ACH payments, or simply contact us and we will work with you on a payment plan outside of the workplace.
  • The number of payments will be determined by the loan amount and your pay frequency.
  • Your first payment will typically be due 1 or 2 paydays/ or pay cycles after being approved for a loan. Your loan documents will include a payment schedule showing the date of each scheduled payment for the life of your loan.
